Winners were selected through ProZorro; the service package includes transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, and medical care
In 2026, children from Mykolaiv who require special social attention and support will be sent on a 14-day vacation to camps in the western part of the country, as confirmed by the results of two procurements conducted by the executive committee of the city council.
According to the ProZorro public procurement system, two organizers of children’s recreation were selected, and the total cost of services amounts to 16.4 million hryvnias.
The first tender was announced at the end of April; based on its results a contract was signed for 4.2 million hryvnias with LLC Sanatorium “Carpathian Stars” in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast to provide recreation for 200 children lasting 14 days.
Another tender worth 12.1 million hryvnias was won by LLC “Agrotrasgroup”, which is to organize a 2-week vacation for 568 children.
Service providers are obliged to ensure a safe and high-quality stay in a specialized facility that meets state requirements and has the necessary certification and registration, including adequate accommodation, food and leisure, round-the-clock medical care, insurance for the children, and organized transportation to the place of rest and back with accompaniment.
