Construction continues even during the war: a new building has been commissioned in Mykolaiv
Construction was carried out in accordance with DBN; the new facility strengthens the city's housing infrastructure
In Mykolaiv, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Mykolaiv City Council issued a certificate of readiness for operation of the apartment building of the Grand deLux residential complex.
Information about the commissioning of the facility was published on the website of the Mykolaiv City Council.
The building belongs to consequence class CC2 and was constructed in compliance with all state building codes. The certificate attests to the safety of the building, the full readiness of engineering systems, and conformity with current legislation.
The city council’s statement emphasizes the importance of this step for urban development:
“The commissioning of the complex contributes to the development of housing infrastructure and the formation of a modern urban space”.
