The athletes’ achievements include a historic Ukrainian fencing medal, a national championship title, and awards at international competitions:

Valeriia Peremeta recently announced her retirement from competitive sport. Oleksandr Sienkevych thanked her for her dedication, talent, and outstanding contribution to the achievements of the city and the country. He wished the gymnast success in the next chapter of her life and on the path she has chosen.

During an informal conversation, the mayor asked the athletes and their coaches about their future plans, the challenges they face, and how they believe training conditions could be improved. He wished everyone at the meeting continued success and many more achievements.
