Captivity Has No Days Off: In Mykolaiv They Supported Prisoners and the Missing

20 September 2026, in Mykolaiv, another rally was held in support of prisoners of war and people who have gone missing.

The mayor published photographs from the rally. In his statement he emphasized the need to constantly remember the captives and to make every effort for their return:

“Our people still remain in captivity. For them, time is not divided into weekdays, weekends, or holidays. Every day is waiting, pain, and hope to return home. We must remember them. Speak about them. Do everything so that no name is forgotten. Mykolaiv awaits each and every one.”
