10,000 New Year’s gifts: Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration announces a tender

The Department of Youth and Sports of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration has announced a tender to purchase 10,000 New Year’s gifts for children. The estimated value of the tender is UAH 1.41 million. Details of the procurement have been published on the Prozorro system.

The gifts will be paid for from the local budget. Suppliers can submit bids until November 19, and the full order must be delivered by December 6, inclusive.

The technical specifications set out the minimum weight and contents of each gift set:

• Total weight — at least 400 grams.
• About 70% of the contents must be sweets with chocolate or milk-chocolate coating, including sweets with fillings of at least six types.
• Uncoated sweets, biscuits, or wafers must account for no more than 13%.
• Caramel and jelly sweets should make up about 17% of each set.

There are also specific packaging requirements: it must be made of cardboard and feature a New Year’s-themed design, along with a 3D game for children. Suppliers must provide photographs of the packaging, and the quality of the sweets must be documented.
