The combined income of the 10 richest families in Mykolaiv Oblast reached UAH 114 million
Which Mykolaiv officials ended up at the top of declared incomes?
The combined incomes of the families of the 10 richest declarants in the Mykolaiv region for 2025 reached 114 million hryvnias. A year earlier this figure was about 100 million, i.e. it increased by 14% over the year. On September 2, 2026 reported Nikcenter after analyzing the declarations of local deputies, officials, judges and security officers. Journalists drew attention to another feature of the ranking: in 7 out of 10 cases a significant or main part of the family income was provided not by the declarants themselves but by their wives, husbands or children engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
In first place – the family of Serhiy Shulhach
The ranking of the largest family incomes was led by Mykolaiv Regional Council deputy Serhiy Shulhach. For 2025 his family declared UAH 21.1 million, while for 2024 it was UAH 11.2 million. Thus, the income nearly doubled. Of the total amount, UAH 10.1 million fell on the incomes of family members. Serhiy Shulhach is a co-owner of PE “Mykolaivmagistral”, which Nikcenter calls one of the major contractors for local budgets. The enterprise is owned in equal shares by the deputy and his wife Oksana Shulhach. According to journalists, in 2025 PE “Mykolaivmagistral” reported roughly about half a billion hryvnias in revenue, while the total value of the company’s won tender contracts was about UAH 600 million. Already in 2026 the enterprise signed contracts with local budgets of the region for approximately UAH 1 billion.
Second place – UAH 13.5 million for Tetyana Dombrovska
In second place in the ranking is Mykolaiv City Council deputy Tetyana Dombrovska. Her declared income for 2025 amounted to UAH 13.5 million versus UAH 8.8 million the previous year. The main part of the deputy’s income consists of dividends from her companies LLC “Business Invest Group” and LLC “SMART FINEXPERT”. Over the year her income increased by approximately UAH 5 million.
The third place was taken by the daughter of Serhiy Kantor – over UAH 9 million
Third place was taken by Mykolaiv City Council deputy Serhiy Kantor with a total declared family income of UAH 12.4 million. More than UAH 9.3 million of this amount was entrepreneurial income of his daughter Margarita Kantor. For comparison: in 2024 the family declared UAH 17.1 million, so this time the figure decreased by almost UAH 5 million.
Judicial families – also among the leaders
Fourth and fifth positions in the ranking were taken by judges of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal. The family of judge Nina Samchyshyna declared UAH 11 million in income, of which UAH 8.7 million fell to members of her family. The family of judge Natalia Tyshchuk declared UAH 10.8 million, of which family members’ incomes amounted to UAH 8.4 million. The judges each received over UAH 2 million in salaries during the year, but these high positions in the ranking were primarily ensured for their families by entrepreneurial incomes of their husbands.
Sixth in the ranking was the chief specialist of the State Environmental Inspectorate of the South-Western District, Serhiy Atroshchenko. The total income of his family amounted to UAH 9.9 million. According to journalists, Serhiy Atroshchenko himself received approximately UAH 350 thousand in salary and about UAH 200 thousand in pension. In contrast, his wife, entrepreneur Olena Atroshchenko, declared over UAH 9 million in income. The entrepreneurial income increased by roughly UAH 3 million after the husband took the position in the State Environmental Inspectorate. At the same time, an increase in declared income by itself is not proof of any wrongdoing.
Only seventh place was taken by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych. The total income of his family for 2025 amounted to UAH 9.7 million, of which UAH 7.5 million fell to his wife’s income. In 2024 the family declared UAH 7.7 million. According to the declaration, the mayor’s wife Kateryna Senkevych in 2025 received over UAH 5.3 million from entrepreneurial activity, as well as income from work and business in Ukraine and Poland. She also purchased an apartment and a parking space in Poland.
Head of the Service for Infrastructure Recovery and Development in Mykolaiv Oblast Oleksandr Antoshchuk with a figure of UAH 9.6 million took eighth position. As early as 2024 the declared income of his family was only UAH 1.8 million. Thus, over the year the amount increased more than fivefold. Of the total UAH 9.6 million, UAH 8.6 million fell to family members. Journalists link this growth primarily to entrepreneurial incomes of his wife Tetiana Kondratiuk, which were not present in the previous declaration.
Deputy of the Veselynivka settlement council and head of the Agrarian Party of Ukraine, Anatoliy Hasiuk, declared UAH 8.2 million with his family. Unlike most participants in the ranking, the main part of this sum is the declarant’s own income. The incomes of other family members amounted to about UAH 900 thousand. Compared to 2024, when UAH 15.3 million was declared, the total amount almost halved. In tenth position is the deputy head of the Mykolaiv Customs Office, Volodymyr Luuk. The official’s family declared UAH 7.7 million, of which UAH 5.1 million fell to family members’ incomes. In 2024 the total amount was UAH 10.6 million. A significant contribution to the family budget was made by his wife Anastasiia Luuk, who works in the field of customs law.
Journalists note that compared with the previous ranking, former Mykolaiv Regional Council deputy and owner of PAEC Yuriy Kormyshkin dropped out of the top ten. He resigned his deputy mandate in 2024. His wife, former MP Iryna Kormyshkina, ceased her parliamentary powers in February 2025 and changed her registration to Odesa Oblast, so the family did not make it into the current Mykolaiv ranking.
It is worth emphasizing that the ranking is built on officially declared incomes of declarants and members of their families. A high income, its growth, or entrepreneurial activity of relatives by itself does not indicate illegal origin of funds.
