In Mykolaiv, two more condominium associations (OSBBs) received 520 thousand hryvnias for the modernization of buildings
Loans will be directed to electrical networks, the roof, and doors
In Mykolaiv, 2 more condominium associations (OSBB) received interest-free loans to modernize buildings under the program “Cities Revolving Fund”.
A commission meeting was held recently, following which the associations were approved to receive repayable financial assistance totaling 520 thousand hryvnias. The funds will be received by:
- 400 thousand hryvnias — OSBB “Lazurnyi Bereh” for the modernization of electrical networks and repair of the roof drainage system;
- 120 thousand hryvnias — OSBB “Pershyi Pivnich” for the replacement of doors in common areas.
Mykolaiv joined the program “Cities Revolving Fund” of the association “Association of Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine” in 2025. Currently the city is a leader in Ukraine by the number of applications submitted. As of August, 33 OSBBs have used support under the program.
An additional 800 thousand hryvnias in interest-free loans is currently available to condominium associations.
