In Mykolaiv, from July 1 to August 1, commissions inspected 136 properties damaged as a result of Russian armed aggression, including houses, apartments and non-residential premises.

Specialists from the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Mykolaiv City Council inspected during this period:

  • 21 apartment buildings;
  • 91 apartments;
  • 21 private houses;
  • 3 non-residential premises.

Special attention is given to large sites with significant damage. In July the commission began inspecting a large building consisting of several non-residential premises. So far more than 58 premises have already been inspected there, and work continues.

Since the beginning of 2026 the commissions have inspected 699 properties, including:

  • 82 apartment buildings;
  • 387 apartments;
  • 197 private houses;
  • 33 non-residential premises.

Based on the inspections, commission inspection reports are drawn up. This document is the basis for affected residents to participate in the state program “eRecovery” and to receive compensation for damaged property.

Mykolaiv continues systematic work so that affected residents receive the necessary documents to restore their housing as quickly as possible.
