After a "Tornado-S" strike on Ochakiv, nine people were wounded, one man in extremely critical condition
Hospital, homes and cars hit: consequences of the attack on Ochakiv
Over the past day on 14 July and 15 July 2026, Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region with drones, a multiple launch rocket system, and FPV drones. The consequences as of 07:00 on 15 July were reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
In the Pervomaiskyi district, as a result of an attack by UAVs of the “Shahed” type, the windows of a warehouse on the premises of an enterprise were damaged. No one was injured.
The Ochakiv community suffered the most, which the enemy struck, reportedly, with a MLRS “Tornado-S” with a cluster warhead. In Ochakiv, nine people were wounded: five men aged 25, 47, 47, 53 and 74, and four women aged 65, 73, 74 and 88.
Six of the injured were hospitalized. As of the morning, five of them are in stable condition; the condition of one man is assessed as critical. Three women received medical assistance on site.
As a result of the shelling, a hospital, an apartment building, 30 private houses, 11 vehicles and three overhead power lines were damaged.
In addition, Russian forces attacked the Kutsurub community three times with FPV drones. No injuries were reported.
