He will forever be 31: rescuer Vladyslav Oliinyk died while performing his duties
Colleagues will remember him as a kind, sincere person, a true professional
While performing official duties, Captain of the Civil Protection Service Vladyslav Oliinyk — a senior inspector of the Mykolaiv District Directorate of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast — tragically died.
About the irreparable loss on 13 July 2026 reported the regional Department of the State Emergency Service.
Vladyslav Oliinyk was only 31 years old. The department did not specify the circumstances of the tragedy, stating only that the captain died while performing his official duties.
Colleagues remember Vladyslav Oliinyk as a sincere, kind and open person who was always ready to support, help and lend a shoulder in a difficult moment.
The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast emphasized that he conscientiously performed his duty, was a true professional and remained devoted to the service of people until the end.
He is survived by his parents, his wife and a little daughter. For the family, friends and colleagues the death of the 31-year-old rescuer became an unspeakable pain and an irreparable loss.
The SES team noted that they will forever remember the smile of Vladyslav Oliinyk, his humanity, professional dedication and big heart.
The staff of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast expressed sincere condolences to the family, relatives, friends and all who knew the fallen captain of the Civil Protection Service.
