Beating the heat: water "misters" installed at five locations in Mykolaiv

In various districts of Mykolaiv, water sprayers, or so-called “misters”, have been installed so that residents can cool off during the heat.

This was reported on June 23, 2026, by the municipal enterprise “DЄZ ‘Pilot’.”

As noted by the enterprise, the sprayers were installed in places where many people usually gather.

Currently, the “misters” are operating at the following locations:

• children’s town “Kazka”;
• Upper Embankment;
• “Heart of the City”;
• Chestnut Square;
• Soborna Street, pedestrian zone.

Mykolaiv residents are urged to take care of themselves during the heat and not to forget to drink enough water.
