Kherson region: 13 Russian assaults in a week — all repelled
Between May 18 and 24, Ukrainian units disabled 114 units of enemy weaponry, and shelling on May 23–24 resulted in one death and 11 injuries
From 18 to 24 May on the Kherson front Russian forces made 13 attempts to storm the positions of the Defense Forces; all attacks were repelled, reported the spokesman of the 30th Marine Corps of the Ukrainian Navy, Pavlo Drohal.
According to the spokesman, during this period Ukrainian units stopped every assault and inflicted losses on the enemy — 18 servicemen killed and wounded, and also destroyed or damaged 114 units of enemy weapons and equipment.
At the same time, in the Kherson region over the week there were 3716 cases of FPV-drone use, of which 2009 were within Kherson; by means of electronic warfare Ukrainian forces destroyed or suppressed 3474 such devices, including 1880 within the city community.
