Russia is destroying — people are collecting documents: how "єВідновлення" operates in Korabelnyi
Over 1,300 applications processed
In the Korabelnyi district of the city of Mykolaiv, a commission continues to review matters related to providing compensation for damaged real estate under the state program “eRecovery”.
This concerns housing damaged as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts and sabotage caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
As of 8 May 2026, the commission is processing 1368 applications from residents of the district.
Of the total, 1306 applications have already been processed, among which:
- 552 houses;
- 754 apartments.
Another 62 applications are currently still in progress. Of these:
- 47 houses;
- 15 apartments.
For many residents of the Korabelnyi district, this program has become almost the only opportunity to receive funds to restore housing after Russian attacks. Some people have lived for years with broken windows, damaged roofs, or the consequences of strikes on the private sector.
Despite the significant workload, the number of new applications continues to grow due to the effects of regular shelling and damage to residential infrastructure.
