"Good thing it wasn't a convertible" - Tesla vs trolleybus: in Mykolaiv an electric car didn't survive a meeting with the "horns"
Broken panoramic roof glass
In Mykolaiv an unusual road incident occurred involving an electric car Tesla and a trolleybus. While driving alongside the electric transport, according to the car owner, one of the trolleybus’s current collectors — which drivers often call “horns” — popped out.
After that the current collector struck the contact wire, the wires were torn down and fell directly onto the electric car.
The author of the video, commenting on the situation, captioned the incident ironically.
“Good thing we weren’t driving a convertible,” the author captioned.
According to the Tesla owner, as a result of the falling wires almost the entire body of the car was damaged: the hood, fenders, doors and paintwork. The most serious visible damage is the shattered upper panoramic glass on the roof.
