Unregulated street trading doesn't disappear: in the Korabelnyi District they have once again gone after the violators
As a result of the raids, 11 reports were drawn up
From May 4 to 8, 2026 inspections of informal trading sites were carried out in the Korabelnyi district of the city of Mykolaiv. The raids were conducted by specialists from the Department of Trade Coordination and Entrepreneurship of the Administration of the Korabelnyi District of the Mykolaiv City Council.
The purpose of the inspections was to prevent the establishment of illegal trading points on the territory of the district. The operations were carried out at the addresses: 24 Samoylovych St., 28-36 Metalurhiv St., 14 Okeanivska St., 311 Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342 Bohoyavlenskyi Ave..
As a result of the raids, 11 reports were drawn up under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine “On Administrative Offenses”. This concerns violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as rules for territory maintenance.
Materials for bringing the offenders to administrative responsibility were sent to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence.
