The new director of the municipal enterprise Mykolaivpastrans says in an audio recording that he will not keep those who disagree
Teslenko reports mass layoffs and alleges the deliberate curtailment of route No. 79 to Varvarivka
The former head of the municipal enterprise ‘Mykolaivpastrans’, Dmytro Teslenko, stated on Facebook that the new management of the company speaks contemptuously to longtime employees, and published audio from a meeting where a harsh remark was made toward the staff.
As of the end of January 2026, the head of the municipal enterprise ‘Mykolaivpastrans’ was appointed Dmytro Volodymyrovych Danilenko
According to the former director, the recording contains an address by the new head of the enterprise to employees. Audio Teslenko posted on social media, sharing the link in his post.
If you don’t like it — I’m not keeping anyone here. Period.
In his post Teslenko also spoke in detail about the attitude toward people who worked at the enterprise for many years, emphasizing the unacceptability of pressure and humiliation.
It is painful to watch what is happening today at the municipal enterprise ‘Mykolaivpastrans’. People who for years built this company, launched routes, worked without days off, and endured the hardest times together with the city — today are forced to listen to: “If you don’t like it — no one is keeping you.” Seriously? Is this how people are thanked now for years of work and dedication to the company? Behind each such employee are decades of life, nerves, health and strength invested in ‘Mykolaivpastrans’. They are not “extra people”. Not “old staff”. Not a problem that needs to be gotten rid of. And when management begins to speak to the team in the language of fear, pressure and humiliation — that is already a warning bell for the whole city. Because the enterprise is not destroyed by buses or by lack of money. It is destroyed when people stop being respected. I know this team well. And I know how many genuine, strong and decent workers there are who deserve not rudeness but basic human respect. People have the right to work without the fear of being humiliated merely for having their own opinion and simply wanting to work.
Earlier Teslenko explained his dismissal by a lack of communication with the mayor, which he discussed in a previous interview with the media.
After the change of management, according to him, the “collapse of the team” continues at the enterprise — employees are allegedly resigning en masse.
