У Миколаєві на території Варварівських очисних споруд каналізації виявили самовільно встановлене обладнання для заряджання приватного транспорту, підключене до електромережі МКП «Миколаївводоканал» без погоджень, після чого причетних працівників покарали доганами та позбавили премій.
Про інцидент поінформувала дирекція з безпеки МКП «Миколаївводоканал», оприлюднивши повідомлення у своєму каналі Telegram.
Перевірка засвідчила, що на майданчику Варварівських очисних споруд змонтували зарядний пристрій для приватного автотранспорту та під’єднали його до мережі підприємства без будь-яких офіційних дозволів і погоджень.
Службове розслідування додатково встановило відсутність належного нагляду з боку керівництва відповідного підрозділу за використанням ресурсів і дотриманням трудової дисципліни.
За виявлені порушення працівників притягнули до дисциплінарної відповідальності у вигляді доган і позбавлення преміальних виплат.
«Використання майна, обладнання, електроенергії та інших ресурсів підприємства у приватних цілях без офіційного узгодження суворо заборонено», — наголосили у дирекції з безпеки.
Раніше «Миколаївводоканал» звернувся до НАЗК із проханням перевірити антикорупційну діяльність підприємства (деталі), керівництво комунального підприємства публічно заявляло про кризу та корупційні прояви, про які роками мовчали (заява), наглядова рада оприлюднила склад і розміри виплат своїм членам (склад і винагороди), а міський голова після резонансного відео різко розкритикував роботу працівників підприємства.
