In Mykolaiv, on October 5 a bus route №27 began operating, connecting Mykolaiv-Vantazhny station with Mala Korenykha. It is operated by KP «Mykolaivpastrans». For residents of the remote neighborhood this is a direct connection to other parts of the city: previously municipal transport did not run there.

The new route is served by six buses. The company has deployed:

  • three new ISUZU buses;
  • three ZAZ buses from its existing fleet.

Buses run daily, making morning and evening trips. In both directions the route passes through the center of Velyka Korenykha.

The director of KP «Mykolaivpastrans», Dmytro Danilenko, explained the importance of the new connection and described how the company plans to take passengers’ needs into account:

“It is important for us that municipal transport be available not only in the central districts of the city. Residents of remote neighborhoods should also be provided with a stable connection. We will monitor passenger flows, listen to passengers, and, if necessary, adjust our operations.”

On the same day, October 5, two more bus routes — №49 and №91 — began operating on extended route schemes.

Current schedules for routes №27, №49 and №91 are published on the official website of KP «Mykolaivpastrans». Bus movements can also be tracked in the “Transport-online” service.

Suggestions and remarks regarding the routes’ operation are accepted at the phone number 050-768-04-83.
