"Angel" Artem Dyblenko from the Korabelnyi District was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky
Having been through Donetsk Airport, Azovstal and Russian captivity, Artem Dyblenko received a new award
By Decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy No. 996/2026, the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree was awarded to Artem Kostyantynovych Dyblenko, senior lieutenant and officer of the naval special reconnaissance unit of the Ukrainian Navy “Angels”. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of state on 1 October 2026.
His comrades congratulated Artem Dyblenko on the state award and wished him “seven feet under the keel” and a reliable guardian angel on his life path.
Artem Dyblenko is a serviceman associated with the Korabelnyi District of Mykolaiv. Previously he defended Ukraine in the area of Donetsk Airport, took part in the defense of Mariupol and Azovstal, and in 2022 he returned from Russian captivity. In 2025 he spoke about serving in the naval special reconnaissance unit “Angels” of the Ukrainian Navy and rescuing people from occupied territories.
Another serviceman of the unit was awarded the medal “For Military Service to Ukraine” by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 997/2026. By Decree No. 997/2026 a number of servicemen were honored with this medal for personal courage, for defending the state’s sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for selfless fulfillment of military duty.
Comrades from “Angels” also congratulated the serviceman on the award and wished him devoted service to the Ukrainian people.
