In the Mykolaiv region, nine fires were extinguished in 24 hours; a woman was injured in one of them
The 46-year-old owner refused to be hospitalized
Over the past day in the Mykolaiv region, rescuers extinguished 9 fires. In one of the blazes in the village of Doroshivka in Voznesensk district, the 46-year-old owner of an outbuilding was injured.
Preliminarily, the woman suffered a thermal burn to her hand. Medics provided assistance at the scene, after which she refused hospitalization.
As a result of Russian drone attacks across the region, rescuers twice responded to ignitions of dry grass in open areas. Another two times dry vegetation, reeds and garbage burned in the Mykolaiv district and Mykolaiv.
In addition, fires occurred in the following locations:
- an outbuilding burned in Doroshivka;
- a utility building fire was extinguished in the Arbuzynska territorial community;
- a non-operational building was extinguished in Mykolaiv;
- in Voznesensk, rescuers extinguished a fire in a passenger car.
The causes of the fires are being determined. In total, 40 firefighters and 10 vehicles were involved in the operations. In one case the local fire brigade also worked.
