In Mykolaiv, a four-week seasonal menu has been prepared for schoolchildren

Before the start of the 2026/2027 school year in Mykolaiv, a seasonal menu for students designed for four weeks was prepared. This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council.

When compiling the menu, they took into account product seasonality, the nutritional and energy value of the dishes, and the physiological needs of children of the relevant age group.

All dishes will be prepared according to approved technological cards. This involves adhering to specified recipes and cooking technologies.

Photographic materials were prepared for each menu item. They show what students’ meals will look like during four school weeks.

The menu was agreed with the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. The menu was developed in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 305 of 24 March 2021.

Thus, the school feeding system in Mykolaiv was prepared for the new school year with consideration for requirements regarding the quality, safety, and nutritional value of the dishes.

Note that the new school year in Mykolaiv has already begun. 45 schools are operating in-person.
