Roshen's finished goods were destroyed in the shelling; the company is mobilizing reserve logistics capacity
In the morning of 27 August, during a massive Russian attack on the Kyiv region, a warehouse of the confectionery company Roshen in the village of Chubynske in Boryspilsky district was destroyed. This was reported by «Suspilne Kyiv».
The shelling destroyed finished products at the warehouse. Roshen warned that this may cause temporary disruptions in the supply of certain products. To mitigate the effects of the attack, the company is already engaging reserve logistics capacities.
Distribution centers of the retail chains Comfy, «Avrora» and «House of Toys» were also damaged. Comfy’s CEO Hennadiy Verbylenko said that the company is working to restore uninterrupted operation of stores and online services.
During the shelling, employees of all enterprises were in shelters. According to available information, there are no dead or injured. Units of the State Emergency Service are working at the sites.
It was previously reported that on the night of 30 July 2026, during a massive Russian attack on Kyiv, more than 56 thousand people sheltered in the capital’s metro. This was a record number of visitors to underground station-shelters since the start of the full-scale war.
