Russia struck an agricultural company's bus with an FPV drone: a 48-year-old was killed, eight others wounded

The attack occurred while a vehicle was transporting employees of the agricultural enterprise home

A Russian drone attacked a company shuttle bus in Marganets on the evening of July 17: 1 employee killed, 8 more injured.

On the evening of July 17 in the city of Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, an FPV attack drone of Russian forces struck a bus that was transporting employees of an agricultural enterprise after their shift, resulting in 1 passenger killed and 8 others injured.

The Dnipropetrovsk Oblast police reported that the attack occurred shortly after 17:30, when the vehicle was on a city route and was taking employees home after the end of the workday.

The most seriously injured was a 48-year-old man who was hospitalized, but he died from his injuries on the way to the hospital.

Another 8 passengers — 6 men and 2 women aged from 19 to 65 — sustained injuries of varying severity; preliminary diagnoses among the victims include blast injuries, shrapnel wounds and barotrauma.

Investigators have opened a criminal case into the shelling on the grounds of a war crime that led to a death, under part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Investigative-operational teams are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the strike on civilian transport and collecting physical evidence for further investigation.
