“Seven years is not only a path travelled, but also a foundation for further development. We continue to work on renewing the enterprise, improving the quality of transportation, implementing modern solutions and creating comfortable conditions both for passengers and for our employees. We already have significant results, but ahead are many important projects aimed at the development of our enterprise.”

Separately, Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych recalled how the enterprise changed from the moment the first municipal buses went out, and noted the role of the team during the full-scale invasion.

“Seven years ago, the first municipal buses of the enterprise «Mykolaivpastrans» went on routes. There were not many of them — only 13 — but for the city it was an important start. In fact, we began to build our own transport system.

Today the enterprise’s bus fleet numbers 45 buses. We have already developed 5 routes to different parts of the city. And behind these figures there is not just equipment, but the daily work of a large team: drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, everyone who ensures the city’s movement.

I particularly remember 2022. When buses operated not according to a timetable but as needed — they helped evacuate people, transported to where it was critically important. And now they remain where needed: they carry children, athletes, help the city live in difficult conditions.

We are gradually adding routes, developing the fleet, making transport more predictable and convenient. It is not a quick process, but it yields results.

Thank you to the entire enterprise team for this work. For perseverance, responsibility and daily presence on the routes.

And special thanks to our military, thanks to whom the city has the opportunity to work and develop such things.”
