Again "market without a permit": 12 protocols filed against "informal traders" in the Korabelnyi District
The protocols were forwarded to the administrative commission
From May 11 to 15 2026, specialists of the Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination Department of the administration of the Korabelnyi District carried out routine raids to handle locations of illegal street trading in the territory of the Korabelnyi District of the city of Mykolaiv.
The purpose of the inspections — to prevent the establishment of illegal trade outlets in places where such stalls regularly reappear.
Raids were conducted at the following addresses:
Samoylovycha St., 24,
Metalurhiv St., 28-36,
Okeanivska St., 14,
Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 311,
Bohoyavlenskyi Ave., 342.
As a result of the operation, 12 protocols were drawn up under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine “On Administrative Offenses”. These relate to violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement, as well as rules for the upkeep of territories.
The materials to bring the offenders to administrative responsibility were sent to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence.
For the Korabelnyi District this problem remains chronic: raids are carried out regularly, protocols are drawn up almost weekly, but illegal street trading still returns to familiar locations.
