Leaky roof: an apartment building in Korabelnyi is being flooded, and the "municipal services" remain silent

After heavy rains, the problem with the roof has flared up again in the apartment building at 13 Aivazovskogo Street in the Korabelny district of Mykolaiv. According to residents who wrote April 22, 2026 to the editorial office of Korabelov.Info, on the 9th floor water flowed into the common corridor and is flooding an apartment, and the situation only worsens after every storm.

About the danger that people see not only in the flooding of housing but also in the possible consequences for the electrical network, a concerned resident of the building said while commenting on the video from the scene:

“Yes, here is the electrical panel, everything is leaking here, water is getting into it, and it is flowing out of it. Electricity is supplied to it, and it is unclear what will happen to it afterward.”, – said a resident of the building. 

People say they repeatedly appealed to both the management company and the city executive committee, but this produced no result:

“It’s an outrage and an insult that appeals to the management company and the city executive committee have no effect. They do not respond in any way and do not intend to repair the roof,” – complain the residents of the apartment building.
