Illegal trade — subject to fines: raids carried out in the Korabelnyi District

During the period from 16.03 to 20.03.2026 specialists of the Department of Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination of the administration of the Korablevnyi District of Mykolaiv conducted a series of raids to detect and stop unauthorized street trading.

Inspections were carried out at the following addresses: Samoylovycha St., 24, Metalurhiv St., 28-36, Okeanivska St., 31, Bohoyavlensky Ave., 311 and Bohoyavlensky Ave., 342. The main goal of the measures was to prevent the installation of illegal trading facilities.

As a result of the operation, 11 administrative protocols were drawn up under Article 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (КУпАП) — violation of the rules for the improvement of populated areas.

The materials were forwarded to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence for further consideration and to hold them accountable.
