Mykolaiv region defended its resilience plan through September 2026: projects totaling about 2 billion hryvnias and the government’s allocation of 280.7 million hryvnias for priority measures to prepare for the next heating season were announced by the head of the regional military administration Vitaliy Kim, speaking from Odesa after reporting to Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko.

The official said he is in Odesa, where he informed Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko about the results of defending the regional resilience plan and the next steps for its implementation.

According to Vitaliy Kim, the approved plan provides for works totaling approximately 2 billion hryvnias by September 2026, and government funding in the amount of 280.7 million hryvnias is directed to priority needs, in particular to preparations for the new heating period.

In his address, the head of the region cited key figures and expressed confidence in the results of the plan’s implementation.

“- The government is allocating 280.7 million hryvnias for Mykolaiv region for priority measures, including preparations for the next heating season. Mykolaiv region has defended its resilience plan. It foresees certain works totaling 2 billion hryvnias by September 2026. Everything will be fine, – said Vitaliy Kim.”
