Two women hospitalized: aftermath of Russian attacks on the Mykolaiv region over the past day
Drones damaged two private houses and a car in Lupareve
Yesterday afternoon, Russian forces struck Snigurovka in Bashtanka district with “Bandarol” missiles. Two women, aged 54 and 82, were injured in the attack. Both were hospitalized.
The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Georgiy Reshetilov, reported the consequences of Russian strikes across the region.
The missile attack in Snigurovka damaged civilian buildings and vehicles:
- an administrative building;
- a production workshop;
- a library;
- a pharmacy;
- commercial establishments;
- an apartment building and private houses;
- nine civilian cars.
In Mykolaiv district, the Kutsurub community came under fire from multiple-launch rocket systems. In the village of Dmytrivka, the following were damaged:
- the village council building;
- a school;
- an apartment building;
- a store.
No one was injured in this attack.
Another weapon used in the attacks was FPV drones: Russian forces deployed them against the Halytsynove and Kutsurub communities. In the village of Lupareve, two private houses and a car were damaged. No one was injured.
The region was also attacked by Shahed strike drones during the day. According to the Regional Military Administration, no damage or injuries were reported following these attacks.
Separately, during the night of October 10, a Russian attack on central Mykolaiv damaged the premises of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
