Heating in another condominium association (OSBB) building has been modernized, the city council said

In Mykolaiv, another homeowners’ association of an apartment building has joined the “Enerhodim” program and is completing a comprehensive modernization of the building. About 95% of the planned work has been completed so far.

The co-owners applied to participate in the program in April, and by May they had received support and began implementing the project.

As part of the modernization, the building:

• installed a new individual heating unit;
• fitted a heat meter;
• replaced and insulated the pipes;
• installed balancing valves for even heat distribution between apartments;
• replaced the windows and doors in common areas;
• renovated the basement.

The HOA is actively preparing for the new heating season. At the same time, the co-owners are already planning the next stage of modernization.

In 2027 they want to install heat allocators in the apartments so that residents can regulate the temperature and pay for the heat they actually consume. A comprehensive insulation of the building façade is also planned.
