A resident of Nova Odesa was detained while receiving the agreed-upon funds
Law enforcement exposed a resident of Nova Odesa in Mykolaiv district who decided to profit from people wanting to obtain a driver’s license.
According to the investigation, for 24 thousand hryvnias the man promised a client to assist in successfully passing the theoretical and practical exams. He allegedly was to arrange this with employees of one of the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region. After that, the customer was to receive a category “B” driver’s license.
