Two teenage motorcyclists collided with a bus in the Mykolaiv region

Collision with a passenger bus: in Mykolaiv district police are determining the circumstances of a road traffic accident in which two teenage motorcycle riders were injured – Today, 29 August, at about 06:50 on Myru Avenue in the village of Halytsynove a road traffic accident occurred involving a passenger bus, driven by a 68-year-old man, and two motorcycles – at the wheel of one was a 16-year-old boy, the other – a 14-year-old rider. According to preliminary data, the motorcycle riders collided with the bus when it was stopped at a bus stop.
As a result of the accident the motorcycle riders were injured. With bodily injuries of varying severity, medics hospitalized them. Currently the 16-year-old boy is in the intensive care unit, the 14-year-old is in a hospital ward.
Investigators preliminarily classified the incident as having signs of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
