Drones strike villages in Mykolaiv region: a woman injured, a church and a school damaged

Throughout 9 August 2026 Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region with strike drones. The consequences of the attacks as of the morning of 10 August were reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

In the Snihurivska community a 48-year-old woman was injured; a residential house, 2 cars, a church, a shop, an educational institution and a food industry facility were damaged.

In the Bashtanskyi district the enemy four times deployed Molniya-type UAVs against the Snihurivska community.

In the village of Novovasylivka a 48-year-old woman was wounded. Her condition is stable; she is being treated as an outpatient. A private house and 2 cars were also damaged.

In the village of Tamarine a Russian strike damaged a church and a shop, and in Snihurivka – a food industry facility. No people were injured.

According to updated information, as a result of the night attack by “Molniya” in the village of Yuriyivka an educational institution was damaged. No casualties were reported.

In addition, in the Mykolaiv district a Russian FPV drone attacked the Ochakiv community. There were no injuries.
