Finally: 116 Mykolaiv residents will receive financial assistance from the city
More than 100 residents of Mykolaiv will receive financial assistance and scholarships

The Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council approved the payment of UAH 430,748 in financial assistance and targeted scholarships to city residents. The relevant decisions were adopted on 22 July 2026.
The largest portion of the funds — UAH 397,000 — will be directed to targeted financial assistance for 90 residents of Mykolaiv:
- UAH 74,500 — 27 people who underwent inpatient treatment;
- UAH 72,000 — 19 residents who underwent surgical operations;
- UAH 223,500 — 39 people for long-term treatment of oncological diseases, purchase and installation of artificial implants;
- UAH 20,000 — four Mykolaiv residents who found themselves in difficult life circumstances;
- UAH 7,000 — to a civilian resident wounded as a result of the Russian shelling of Mykolaiv.
Another UAH 32,450 was allocated for targeted scholarships to 25 city residents aged 100 and over. Each of them will receive UAH 1,298 for July.
The same monthly scholarship of UAH 1,298 will be paid to an Interior Ministry pensioner for heroism shown during the apprehension of an especially dangerous criminal. The total amount of payments is UAH 430,748.
