Zaluzhnyi, Fedorov and Budanov have surpassed Zelensky in terms of trust - poll

More than half of respondents supported Syrskyi's resignation

Ukrainians’ trust in Mykhailo Fedorov increased by 30 percentage points — from 35% to 65% over the week. At the same time, trust in Oleksandr Syrskyi fell from 39% to 23%. These are the results of a survey published on 22 July 2026 by the sociological group “Rating”.

Trust levels for political and public figures were distributed as follows:

  • Valerii Zaluzhnyi70% trust him;
  • Mykhailo Fedorov65% trust him, while a week ago this figure was 35%;
  • Kyrylo Budanov62% trust him;
  • Volodymyr Zelenskyy59% trust him;
  • Oleksandr Syrskyi23% trust him versus 39% a week earlier;
  • Petro Poroshenko21% trust him, 75% do not trust him.

Regarding personnel decisions:

  • the dismissal of Mykhailo Fedorov was not supported by 72% of respondents, supported by 5%, and 17% said they were indifferent;
  • the resignation of Oleksandr Syrskyi was supported by 55% of respondents, 15% were against it, and 19% were indifferent.

Sociologists noted that the survey was completed before information about Oleksandr Syrskyi’s resignation appeared in the media.

The study was conducted on 20–21 July 2026 using telephone interviews among 1000 adult respondents. The survey covered all regions of Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories and areas where Ukrainian mobile communication was absent. The margin of error does not exceed 3.1%.
