No shelling was recorded in the Mykolaiv region over the past 24 hours, but two men who had been wounded earlier have died

In Mykolaiv Oblast, no shelling was recorded during the past day . This was reported as of 07:00 on 17 July 2026 by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (OVA).

Yesterday and this morning combat activity continued in the region. According to preliminary data, there is no damage and no new casualties.

At the same time, it became known that on 16 July two men who had previously been wounded as a result of Russian attacks died in hospital.

These were a 48-year-old man wounded during an MLRS strike on Ochakiv, and a 65-year-old resident who was injured as a result of a strike by a UAV of the “Shahed” type on the Novobuzka community.
