According to those present, earlier police stopped a taxi driver and informed him of a suspicion of possible use of prohibited substances. The driver was allegedly told to get into the service vehicle to be taken to Volodarskoho for testing, but instead he was brought to the TCC. After that, eyewitnesses say, colleagues of the driver began to gather near the building — many taxi vehicles arrived at the scene. According to those present, they also called the police via 102. People at the scene say that law enforcement officers compiled materials regarding a possible unlawful detention.
