The Mykolaiv Regional Youth Congress included 52 delegates
In Mykolaiv a regional youth congress was formed and representatives of the oblast were elected to the Chamber of Regional Youth Congresses under the President of Ukraine.
This was reported on 24 June 2026 by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Віталій Кім, and the RMA press service.
The founding meeting of the new advisory body took place the day before, on 23 June. The Mykolaiv Regional Youth Congress includes 52 delegates representing all territorial communities of the oblast.
The congress elected Євгенія Євсюкова as chair, Анна Чумак as deputy, and Антоніна Устинова as secretary.
They will also represent Mykolaiv Oblast in the Chamber of Regional Youth Congresses within the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.

“There is a lot of work ahead. This is an opportunity to bring the position of Mykolaiv youth to the national level, propose initiatives and participate in shaping youth policy,” — said Vitaliy Kim.
The founding meeting was also attended by the leadership of regional and city authorities, heads of district military administrations and youth representatives.
Representatives of the Office of the President and the Ministry of Youth and Sports addressed the participants online. They emphasized that the new mechanism should engage young people in decision-making, community development and the formation of state policy.
After the meeting concluded, a press briefing was held during which the further work of the congress and prospects for the development of youth policy in Mykolaiv Oblast were discussed.
