During the exchange on April 24, 8 prisoners of war from Mykolaiv Oblast returned — bringing the total in recent times to nearly fifty
In total, 193 Ukrainian soldiers were released on April 24
8 residents of the Mykolaiv region returned home during a prisoner exchange that took place on April 24.
The return of the fellow countrymen was reported by People’s Deputy of Ukraine Igor Kopytin, publishing the information on his Telegram channel.
“Eight of ours, from the Mykolaiv region, returned home from Russian captivity. Another result of painstaking work. At the previous exchange we welcomed another forty – so almost fifty Mykolaiv residents have been returned in recent times,” — the People’s Deputy of Ukraine reported.
As a result of this exchange, a total of 193 defenders returned to Ukraine.
He also reminded that during the previous exchange another 40 Mykolaiv residents returned home, so the total number of freed residents of the region in the recent period has nearly reached 50.
