22,000 for Repairs: A Volunteer in the Halytsynivka Community Receives Help After a Drone Attack
A direct hit in Lupareve caused the most serious damage to the vehicle
In Lupareve of the Halytsynove community, caring residents and fellow villagers collected and gave 22,000 hryvnias to volunteer Viktor Oleksandrovych to repair his car after it was hit by an FPV drone. The vehicle is used to transport medicine and humanitarian aid.
The volunteer said his car had been damaged four times already. The latest strike was a direct hit by a drone, so the damage was the most serious this time.
Village head Nataliia Panashii posted a video of her conversation with the man on her Facebook page. He described the attack this way:
“The rashists wished me a happy Motorist’s Day,” said volunteer Viktor Oleksandrovych.
The man sincerely thanked everyone who contributed to the effort.
