Enemy drones attack the region again: what we know about the aftermath
According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, as of the morning of October 7, 2026, Russian forces continued to attack populated areas across the region with drones over the past day.
In the Chornomorska community, a recreational complex was damaged in an attack by Shahed-type strike UAVs. No one was injured.
Separately, the enemy used FPV drones against the Kutsurubska and Halytsynivska communities in Mykolaiv district. In the village of Dmytrivka, a 29-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were injured in an attack. The man was hospitalized. As of this morning, his condition is considered stable. The woman is receiving outpatient medical care. A car was also damaged in the attack in Dmytrivka.
In the village of Lymany, a private house was damaged in an enemy strike. According to the Regional Military Administration, there were no casualties.
Thus, another day in Mykolaiv region passed under attacks by Russian drones—this time, civilian facilities and residents of Mykolaiv district came under fire.
