Delivery of the vehicles is expected by the end of November

Mykolaiv Regional State Hospital of Veterinary Medicine announced the procurement of 4 specialized passenger vehicles. Information about the tender was published on 25 September 2026.
The documentation specifies the following requirements for the vehicles:
- 3 specialized vehicles based on the Opel Combo or an equivalent model;
- 1 vehicle based on the Opel Grandland or an equivalent.
The expected procurement cost is 4,292,566 hryvnias excluding VAT. With VAT, the amount reaches approximately 5.15 million hryvnias.
The purchase of the vehicles is planned to be financed from the state budget of Ukraine. The supplier must deliver the vehicles to the contracting authority by 30 November 2026.
