Registration of place of residence will be unavailable in Mykolaiv on September 20–24

In Mykolaiv, from September 20 to September 24 the Territorial Community Register (TCR) will be temporarily unavailable. As explained by the Center for Administrative Services of the Mykolaiv City Council, access will be limited due to technical work.

During this period the ASC will not provide services that require access to the TCR. In particular, the following will be temporarily unavailable:

• registration of place of residence;
• change of registered place of residence;
• deregistration of place of residence;
• generation and issuance of an extract on place of residence;
• other services related to access to the Territorial Community Register.

At the same time, a residence extract can be obtained remotely — via the portal or the mobile app “Diia”. Residents of the community are asked to take the temporary restrictions into account when planning visits to the ASC.
