Potholes on Troitska Street in Mykolaiv have been eliminated: emergency repairs completed

Emergency repair of the damaged section of Troitska Street has been completed in Mykolaiv. Workers of the municipal enterprise KP “ELU Avtodorih” paved the stretch from 2nd Naberezhna to Elektronna Street, eliminated potholes and restored the road surface.

This part of the road connects to Bashtranske Highway, which carries a significant amount of transit and oversized traffic into the city. Due to the increased load, the pavement here wears out faster, forming ruts and asphalt buildups. That is why repair of this section was identified as one of the priority projects.

At the same time, workers of KP “ELU Avtodorih” are preparing other city roads for repair:

• on Parkova Street the damaged pavement has already been milled;
• on 2nd Ekipazhna Street milling was performed between 9th Voienna and 3rd Voienna Streets in both directions.

The next stage on the prepared sections will be laying new asphalt. Drivers are asked to be attentive near roadwork sites, to reduce speed in advance and to follow temporary road signs and safety cones.
