The police record Russian attacks that took the lives of four people; another 19 were injured

In Mykolaiv during the past 24 hours, Russian attacks killed four people and 19 others were wounded. These figures as of 07:30 on 10 September were provided by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Russian forces struck the city both day and night. The attacks used strike drones Shahed-238, guided aerial bombs and “Banderol” rockets. Port, industrial and civilian facilities came under fire.

Among the dead are two men aged 49 and 53, and two women aged 45 and 64.

Medical assistance was required for 19 injured people. Among them:

eight men aged between 28 and 74 years;
eight women aged between 18 and 71 years;
two boys aged one and eight years;
a girl aged two years.

As a result of the strikes, an administrative and a hotel building, private and apartment buildings, warehouse premises, a garage and a vehicle were damaged. Destruction was also recorded on the grounds of a penitentiary institution and of another empty warehouse.

Separate attacks took place in the Mykolaiv district. During the day, Russian forces shelled the Kutsurub community with artillery, but there were no casualties.

In addition, a Shahed-238 drone attacked Ochakiv. According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, this strike also caused no injuries.

A 49-year-old police officer of the regional Security Police Directorate was killed while performing his duties.

Investigators, police investigative-operational teams and explosive ordnance disposal specialists are working at the strike sites. They are collecting physical evidence and documenting the consequences of war crimes as part of a pre-trial investigation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
