Advisor to the President of Ukraine on the development of defense technology directions Serhiy “Flesh” Beskrestnov urged Ukrainians not to give in to rumors and panic over possible disruptions in food supplies.

This was reported by the “Flesh” Telegram channel.

According to Beskrestnov, manufacturers and sellers are restructuring supply channels to adapt to the situation. If necessary, certain food niches can be filled by imports from Europe.

“If needed, Europe will gladly fill any food niche through exports,” Beskrestnov noted.

He emphasized that possible problems are related only to the restructuring of certain supply chains, not to an inevitable shortage of food.

“Friends, we will not die of hunger. Do not give in to rumors, disinformation and panic,” the presidential advisor wrote.

Separately, Serhiy Beskrestnov said that the target of Russian attacks is large business, not food.

“Our enemy does not attack food. He attacks businesses that pay taxes and create jobs,” he noted.

The presidential advisor urged relying on verified information and not spreading rumors about an allegedly inevitable food crisis.

Recall that a popular supermarket chain restricted the sale of food products. The situation was accompanied by a video.
