On the 22nd and during the night of 23 August, 44 fires were recorded in Mykolaiv Oblast, 4 of which were caused by hostilities
The fire engulfed more than 31 hectares of open land
22 and on the night of 23 August 44 fires were registered in Mykolaiv Oblast, 4 of which were caused by combat operations.
A transport infrastructure facility was damaged by strike UAVs. A fire broke out in an outbuilding and dry grass on the grounds of a private homestead. Also, in the Halytsynivska community a private house was damaged without fire. A 38-year-old woman was injured.
Another 37 fires occurred in open areas. Firefighters extinguished fires of dry grass, shrubs, crop residues and trash over a total area of more than 31 ha.
The causes of the fires are being established.
Over 100 State Emergency Service personnel and 34 units of equipment were involved in firefighting; in some cases, firefighters from local fire brigades were also engaged.
