In Mykolaiv, one million hryvnias in interest-free loans were approved for three condominium associations (OSBB)

In Mykolaiv, three associations of co-owners of apartment buildings received approval for interest-free loans under the “Revolving Cities Fund” program. The total amount of financing is 1 million hryvnias.

The decision was made by the commission that reviews applications for interest-free loans. Funds will be directed to the following projects:

• 300 thousand hryvnias — for the modernization of the heating system;
• 300 thousand hryvnias — for the modernization of electrical networks;
• 400 thousand hryvnias — for the installation of a heat distribution unit.

The “Revolving Cities Fund” program helps condominium associations implement projects to modernize and improve the housing stock without additional financial burden thanks to interest-free loans.
