Fire in Ochakiv due to repeated drone attack
Firefighters extinguished a fire in a two-story building
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Ochakiv region has been living under constant danger. Its immediate proximity to temporarily occupied territories makes the Ochakiv community one of the most vulnerable.
Today, during an air raid alert, Ochakiv was again attacked by Russian drones. As a result of one of the strikes, a two-story building caught fire.
Rescuers, who serve daily in this dangerous environment, responded to the call. Because of the threat of repeated attacks, they had to work in several stages, returning to firefighting after the all-clear.
Despite difficult conditions, the fire was extinguished. Residents of the Ochakiv region continue to support one another, proving that Ukrainians cannot be intimidated.
The enemy seeks to sow fear, but Ukrainians stand together and fight for their future.
