The request has been removed from monitoring
Residents of the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv continue to complain about the unsatisfactory condition of children’s playgrounds. This time it concerns the courtyard of the apartment building at Prospekt Korabeliv, 11.
A post in the Facebook group “Contact Center at Mykolaiv City Council” 19 June 2026 published local resident Maria S.
“We ask the city authorities to take our yard into account, the children’s playground at Prospekt Korabeliv, 11. Update the playground, paint it, bring sand, install bins. Some benches need renovation. Many children of different ages come to our playground. We also kindly ask you to place bins by the building entrances. We do not have a single bin. We kindly ask you to respond to our request. Thank you,” – wrote Maria S.
The Emergency Response Service registered the appeal and forwarded it for execution to the municipal enterprise “Directorate of the Sole Customer “Pilot” on 19 June 2026.
According to the city contact center, the contractor received the request on 7 July 2026. The same day the enterprise reported that explanations were provided to the applicant, after which the appeal was removed from control.
The contractor reported the result of the request review and its closure.
“Regarding this appeal, explanations were provided to the applicant. The appeal was removed from control on 07 July 2026 at 12:59”.
The report does not specify which explanations the resident received and whether the actual performance of work is planned — painting structures, bringing sand, repairing benches, or installing bins.
8 July 2026, that is the day after the request was closed, Maria S. again contacted the Emergency Response Service in the comments under her post.
“Emergency Response Service, good afternoon, what about our request?”
Such a reaction from the applicant may indicate that the contractor’s formal response did not give her a clear understanding of the playground’s future.
